[URL Removed] have completely dropped the ball on this one. Its been 3.5 months since I ordered the Paperwhite and still no delivery. They started out by saying there was a stock availability shortage and they were getting as many as the could. Throughout their replies have always been blunt and non-apologetic.
The last 3 times that I have sent them an email (2 of which just asked when it would be here, the 3rd asking them to cancel the order) have been completely ignored, no response what so ever.
Amazon now ship the Paperwhite directly to SA, I ordered one on Friday the 15th of March, and UPS confirmed it would be delivered tomorrow, on wednesday the 20th of March.
How on earth can [URL Removed] claim that there is no stock available???
I am disgusted by the arrogance and blatant I have gotten from this retailer and will NEVER order from them again.
