I sent my moms tv for repairs, there was sound but no picture on her LCD screen. A guy by the name of Walter picked up the tv and promised to fix it. It has now been 4 weeks and still no tv. Each time my mom or I phone him about the progress on the tv he has a different excuse. I even asked him to bring the tv back if he cant fix it to no avail.
