Refuse to show me receipts for the new parts

On the 7 December I called this company about my Plasma TV set which had sound problem.
Walter said I will have to pay him R520 (R400 deposit and R120 collection and delivery fee) on collection.
On the morning of the 8 December 2012- Walter collected the TV set and I paid R520. A receipt was issued. Monday afternoon of the 10 December, Walter called to say the TV set has been fixed and is ready and should pay R1100 on delivery over and above the R400 paid as deposit. He didnot quote me before repairs.
I asked him to show me the receipts for the new parts he claims they cost R800- before I could pay him. He refused. He then started calling me almost every second hour, harassing and insulting me. He even used F--- word several times. I had insulting calls as early as 6:00 am and as late as 10:00 pm. I had given my son's number as an alternative number. My son was also insulted.
On the 13 December 2012 I went to his place with police officers from Linden Police Station. He was ordered to stop calling me. I have also reported the matter to NCC there has been no action.
