HI, i CALLED SAMSUNG WHEN MY LARGE, VERY EXPENSIVE LED TV suddenly went dead while still under guarantee. They sent guys to uplift it and went ahead and fixed it. When I enquired 3 weeks later they tell me that Samsung refuses to pay for the repairs and that I must pay R2900 because they deem it to bne lightning demage 90% of the time. wHEN i ASK WHAT IF MY TV fell into the 10 % when they are wrong, they have no answer... Well, there was no lightning on that day as verified by the weather people. I do have many Samsung appliances and feel that it is very unfair that they are refusiong to pay as per their contractual agreement. i SHOULD HAVE ALSO BEEN GIVEN AN OPTION TO FIX IT OR NOT! I am considering legal action if they do not sort out theirresponsibility real soon.
