In January my fridge was fixed after it just packed up and stopped working, it was fixed only after a complaint to this site it was however not fixed properly and it has been a nightmare trying to get samsung to come and do a proper job. Have communicated to a certain Sthembiso that the fridge now makes a noise which it did not previously do and i have been told this is not normal he has however never gotten back to me even after several attempts to try get his co operation
