Nandos not answering calls for orders

I have been calling Nandos Victoria Street PMB (033 345 9961) since 10 in the morning to place an order for lunch and nobody is attending to my calls.

This is not the first time I am experiencing this poor service from this particular Nandos, at times I have to leave my office to go out and buy lunch for myself in person!

Kindly address this for me.
