We bought a Samsung side by side fridge a while back from Makro for R8999.00 which in my terms is supposed to be great quality!! Alas after a year and a half of use the fridge suddenly stopped working. I then asked Samsung what i am i to do since the fridge was standing in our Villa in Mozambique. They then replied that there is absolutely nothing they can do for me even if the fridge is still under guarantee, and there is no assistance offered in Mozambique and we have to get the fridge back here! After a struggle to get the fridge back to SA we contacted Samsung again in November 2013, since then be have been thrown from one to the other and have not had any help at all!
Spoken to Sylvester, Thabo and several other who keep promising to get back to me and every time nobody calls back! They also dont want to hand me numbers of their superiors, so stuck againt a brick wall.

What a ridiculous company and a bunch of liars!!!
