I purchased a Samsung fridge from Game Pavillion in 2012. When I switched it on, it had a noise. I contacted Samsung electronics customer care line immediately and they sent a technician from technifix to witness the sound. The tech came out 4 times in the pass year, from November 2012 till date. On the first 2 call outs the tech said the noise is normal. The ironic part of this statement is that I have two identical fridges and one made the weird noise and the other was absolutely silent, like how a brand new fridge suppose to work.. On the 3rd call out the tech discovered the fuse is burnt because the fridge stopped cooling. he replaced the and the fridge still didn't cool, on his 4th call out he then said the element burnt out. I contacted Samsung again and they then said they cant replace or refund the unit, yet both the fridges are still under warranty. Samsung basically made me, the consumer, look like a.
