Shocking service

We bought almost 2 years ago a Samsung Speed Cook Oven, Microwave and this one was not a cheap one... after maybe 1, 5 years start giving us problems and we took it for repair through the shop that we bought it.
Ref:167833 it took them more then a months to come back to us after maybe 5 weeks we received the microwave back in not working 100% condition. After one week of reading the manual and making sure we are using it correctly, we took it back for repair Ref: 169039 haven't heart from Samsung back. I would like to know what they have done the first time and why they are sending it back in not working condition to the customer.
I want a replacement unit if they can't fix it but, we have been told they have to repair 4 times before replacing it... This is crazy, we have a baby at home and need the Microwave and Oven every day... I could not even find on their website an email for complains or to contact someone... Very bad service
I must say we were lucky that we bought it from AA Furnishers on Kloof Str. great service from them and I really feel bad calling the service lady asking about our Samsung Microwave.
