After waiting for 7 months for someone at Samsung and Liptronics the agents in Cape Town to make a decision about the crack in the freezer part of my Samsung fridge/freezer (which was an obvious fault in manufacture) I have a result thanks to a very pro-active employee at Samsung Johannesburg called THEMBISO. He organised a full store re-fund (kept me updated daily) and I can't thank him enough. It took him just 1 WEEK to resolve the problem. We need more people like Thembiso in South Africa!
