We purchase a Samsung ME9144ST Microwave on 20/4/2013. From the day it was purchased we have had issues with it. The device was returned 2 days later on the monday. I was informed that the device would need to be sent in to samsung. Against the consumers law I must say. The device was returned to me a week later with no repairs having been done. I tested the microwave and experience the same issue. It was once again sent away, this fault it intermittent. Samsung switch it on once and if it works they seem to return it. This is pathetic.
We have a loan unit which will not be returned to Hirch's Centurion until a refund or replacement are made. Almost two months battling with a microwave I paid almost R1500 for. Numerous appliences within our household are Samsung. Is this the service Samsung SA will be delivering to its clients?
