Customer Service?

My previous TV was also a LG, it is now 16 years old and still
working. I just wanted a bigger TV. It was an easy decision to buy LG again.
But now I don't know. The TV lasted only 2 months, the after sale service is
terrible. Promises were made and not kept. The TV is not available anymore at the store where I bought it
which means I have to buy more expensive one. It is however still showing on the LG website. Great customer service would have been "Sorry the product lasted only 2 months, and the since the store does not have stock anymore, here is a replacement." Not: "Here is a credit note. Hope you find something for the same price! "
