I have purchased 2 LG Microwaves in the last 3 yrs. My first purchase was the LG Solar Dome, which lasted me exactly 2 yrs. My 2nd purchase was the LG Mirror Door Microwave with convection or Grill. This producted lasted me 1 yr. I cannot understand the reasoning behind this when all i used them for was heating and not often. I had previously owned a Samsung microwave for almo 10yrs and the only reason i made a new purchase was the display that went yet the microwave still worked. I love LG products therefore i made the 2nd purchase but i'm not so sure anymore, although my product is still under warranttee i cannot take advantage of it as i am required to have my ORIGINAL TILL SLIP as per the warranttee document. Now i have 2 LG microwaves and neither of them are working :-( this is totally disappointing and for me, not value for money. Something needs to be done about your warrantte process especially when these products are one valued at R 3 000 and the other R 1500 and I was unable to use my warranttees in both instances.
