I have posted on this website before issues relating to quality. We have been clients of Edcon for many years but have now decided to close our account and buy from PEP or Ackermans. At least PEP does not charge ridiculous prices for products of even better quality than those of EDcon. We bought mens shoes, which only lasted for three months, recently girls tackies at JET which only lasted two months. The zips of Jeans are faulty and it tears for nothing. I have complained but it is said that you can not return a product after a mere two months. And then they give you thank U points which you're not allowed to use as the Thank U system is permanently of line. No thanks, we have been tolerant but now we need to say good-buy, for I'm no longer prepared to accept inferior quality at highly inflated prices. Even the little Chinese store on the corner might be selling better quality - after all most of Edcon's products seem to come from China anyway. Just another note: Clean up your stores. Pick up the shoes and clothing on the floors. Have managers check the floors and ensure that the pricing is done correct. Why do I even bother? HaventI learn that our complaints fall on deaf ea
