APPLE WON'T COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS

I have been trying to deal with Eugene Ruiters, and Kim Wallace and the Apple Store on Grayston Drive (phone number 087 350 2946.

No luck at all - the Eugene and Kim are incapable of giving a coherent or helpful answer, and the number I have for the store just keeps me on hold with awful electronic music for minutes on end and THEN CUTS ME OFF!!!

Shocking guys - I would do something about the way you communicate with your customers or you will start losing them.

All I need is a simple answer on a repair. Can't get that right!
