On 11 November 2012 I placed an order on [URL Removed] for a Kindle Paper White and a leather cover. I bought this as a Christmas gift for somebody.By 15 November they had acknowledged receipt of my payment and by 27 November I got confirmation that the cover has arrived in JHB. After querying the status of the Kindle a Simon Swanich told me on 28 Nov that they are expecting it later that week.

I logged another couple of queries on their order tracking system and got responses that Amazon are experiencing stock shortages. You can't speak to anybody on they phone as they only deal through their online order tracking system. The order progress of this order was last updated on 5 December.

On 21 Feb, after another query from my side I was told that some units are coming through customs and the balance are pending.

I have lost all confidence in Have2Have and feel I've been. I'm now working with my lawyer to remedy this situation but even their phone number listed on the CIPC does not exist.

I suggest people be very careful when ordering items online.
