I've just about had enough. Their website state 5-7 working days for shipping when international service is being used. I opted for the South African service as this is 3-5 working days. They bill my card and then just nothing!!! They don't respond to emails and when they do pickup the phone the guys attitude is one of just hang on you'll get your repeater... well it has been more than 2 months? So how about that repeater then? I ask for a refund and eventually after a week of emails (with no response) and a few phone calls I eventually speak to someone called Josh van Rensburg... except that he cannot hide his American ascent even if he tries and cannot speak a word of afrikaans? Do I look and sound stupid.
