OSRAM: [URL Removed] &/ Ferreira's Electrical are a disgrace - our electrian fitted 4 new globes on 3 Sept 2012, 3 weeks ago 3 stopped working. I called the electrician, John at Simlec cc, who tells me that Ferreira's in Central Road Eastleigh explicitly state they do not guarantee / replace globes on their invoice - then how does the manufacturer state the globe has a 1 year guarantee, clearly printed on the box... can someone help me please!
