We dropped off a Samsung TV for repair and were told it would take 3 days for an assessment. 7 days later, no response. We called, left message to be called back, nothing. Call again, sorry we haven't done it yet. A few days passes and 2 phone calls later and still nothing. Then on threat of social media destruction someone calls back with a quote for R1100. Agree to that, 2 weeks later nothing. Call at 8:11am, only the switchboard operator is there, no-one has arrived for work despite 8am opening hours - not even the manager is available. But not to worry - I should just call them back later! Absolutely pathetic and the problem is that it has put me off Samsung products, I will not buy another if this is the situation should something go wrong down the line.
