Samsung pc Bad Service Complaint

It became increasingly apparent that the DVD Rom would not burn DVD'S. I tried repeatedly on the Nero 11, but only got failure. Incredible Connection told me to call Samsung on the 086 no, which I did. The operator told me to take it to TM Electronics and said that the Samsung repairer at CTR Electronics, Springfield Park could not be used. Frustration began when I called TM Electronics. The Zulu lady could not speak English on the phone and said there was no one else to answer the phone, plus I got cut off about 3 times. When I got to TM, I was kept waiting and other customers were complaining.
Three days later TM called me to say I must collect the pc as they had done all the checks and found nothing wrong.
I collected it, but the performance was no different. I wasted dvd's and loads of time experimenting. Due to lack of space, I conclude that i wasted about 3 weeks in Dundee trying to find the problem, reloading the computer, losing data, missing meetings in Durban and highly stressed. The problem was so simple (just the DVD Rom), but negligence overlooked it.
