Laser Pro CN1415fnw technical error. Contacted samsung to request repair. They referred me to PACE PRETORIA APPLIANCE & TV as their authorised repair canter. They charged me for a quote which was paid. Then gave me a quote and invoiced me for 50% of the repair cost, This was paid. This was on the 8th January 2013. Never received any feedback and 4 weeks later after 4 phone calls from my side I picked up the machine after paying the balance in full. The machine was not repaired and had the same defect. I took it back and was promised a speedy repair. After 5 phone call and promises to return my calls (which never happened) I contacted Samsung South Africa. The person at the call centre promised to call me back with a solution to the problem but also never did. I called again and 3 days later the person returned my call only to say that nothing can be done and that he will get the (useless) repair centre to call me back (Samsung should resolve their own issues) and now 7 weeks later I still have no printer nor any feedback from either samsung or the repair centre.
