Bad Service and Poor Communication

I gave my phone in to Samsung Mobile, Clearwater for a quote on a screen repair. They said they use a third party company called Darro Electronics. I was promised a quote in a few days. I only received it 3 weeks later. I immediately declined the quote and requested my phone to be sent back. I heard nothing for a few days and kept sending emails to which I received no response. I got hold of Samsung who said they would follow up. They got back to me saying they would send my phone back in a few days. I didn't hear anything so I contacted them again. They promised they would follow up but again I heard nothing.

I then tried contacting Darro directly who responded saying that they had fixed my phone and that I would not get it back until paid. Again, I contacted Samsung and explained and they said they would sort it out. They promised me again that my phone would be sent back and I still have not received it. I was given a number of someone in Customer complaints who either hangs up on me or puts me straight through to the call center.

It's been over 2 months since I handed my phone in and I can't get a proper answer from anyone. This is disgusting service.
