What company makes an APPOINTMENT with a new customer, who by the way has already paid since it's a voucher, and then just doesn't pitch?
What company does not even have the courtesy to let you KNOW that they won't be arriving at the arranged date/time.
Why do consumers always have to COMPLAIN to get the most basic of service? I've already paid for you to do the installation - what is wrong with you? How difficult can it be to honour your commitment or at the very least contact me when you can't. We don't all sit at home the entire day waiting for Ellies to pitch
