I am posting this again as I still have not received any feedback. In the meantime I have phoned the call centre numerous times that the problem may be fixed. It seems LG uses Galtronics to fix their products. Why is it being outsourced? Anyway... still waiting. Can someone please respond and help? This is really the worst service!
I bought a new TV (LG32 Inch LED 32) at Dion Wired, The Grove, Pta on 26.11.2012.
There is something wrong with the sound of the TV. I called LG on 29.01.2012 to ask them to come and have a look. A technician was then suppose to call me to make a appointment. Nothing happened. On Friday we phoned again. They have no record of the call or query, but someone will call us back. Still nothing happened. On Monday we phoned again-they still had no record! We would like a replacement as the product is clearly faulty and just two months old. Maybe we can get some service now?
