Faulty B&W sold and now I just get ignored

About 4 months ago I purchased a B&W sound bar on a special. Upon installation I realized that one of the HDMI ports was faulty and reported it the next day. I was offered my money back, or they can send it away for repairs (these option did not suite me as I wanted this product specifically and my B&W Zeplin Air took 2 months to come back from repairs and I just bought the item a day earlier). So I was promised by two managers Amanda and Kerissa, and various sales staff including Sudeshan that they will source one for me from another branch. I have up to date made24 calls and 7 store visits and still nothing has happened and the worst of all I keep getting the same feedback, Nothing! My last visit was to the store was on Sunday 10/11/13. I asked for Amanda that told me the last two weeks she will get me a unit from CApe Town. Amanda was not available and Kerissa insured me that she will phone me back on Monday before 17:00. I challenged her and said I know she will not call me and she said she promise she will. At 17:20 on Monday I called and She was gone. I then spoke to the distribution manager who ensured me he will call me back by today 10:00. That ALSO didn't happen! ridiculou
