I have a 24month guarantee on my contract for samsung aircons installed in my home. The water pump and remote are no longer working after 13 months and I am told that this is not covered under the guarantee. Except this is not stipulated on any of the documentation provided. The supplier is unwilling to replace parts and I am left with no recourse!
