I purchased a Jacuzzi from the Spa Company three months ago; they came and delivered it in August 13 at my house. I was at the time still building on to my house and stored it in my garages. We installed the Jacuzzi once we have completed. I filled the Jacuzzi with water as was describe by the manual. After two minutes of use the blower stops working. I phone the Spa Company for assistance to come and check what was wrong with the spa. First they demanded a call out fee of R450 before they send someone out. They discover that the blower was not working and said that I over fill the Jacuzzi with water which I informed them that I fill it up according to their instructions/manual. They informed me that they will replace the blower pump at a fee of R1400! I informed them this is ridicules as this was the first time I used the Jacuzzi and that it's still under guarantee! I currently busy with my layers to address this...
