I have a rock pool which was O.K. for 10 years after which I needed the pool and rock surround "fixed". 1st pool company left a job half way through (Jun2012) so I sought other pool companies to complete the "fix". Dirk Smit of Rock Art convinced me he could fix both the pool and rocks (Aug 2012) and gave a 24month guarantee on the rock work. After about 8 months, the rocks around the pool started to disintegrate. Many phonecalls and staying home 4 times resulted in Dirk stating that he could not "fix" under the guarantee. His attitude was arrogant, rude and dismissive. He would not tell me what products he had used and had the audacity of trying to charge R350 for viewing the work that he did! I have since found a product myself to "fix".
