So I bought a guess watch from Cajees, it had a 2 year guarantee and still had 1 year and 6 months left on the guarantee- it got water inside it (dont know how as it was from showering and it sais 50M underwater waterproof anyway that is besides the point). They were EXTREMELY UNWILLING to send my watch away and said that I should NEVER SHOWER with my watch on but I can only wash my hands with it on.. that to me makes NO SENSE as there is no where in the guarantee that states this. Anyhow it was sent away but I was extremely unhappy with the service as I DID have a guarantee.
On the other hand, I have just been in to get a new battery and a stone replaced (which i have been quoted 3 different prices on 3 different occasions) but today I just wanted to get it over and done with.
He quoted me R45 which is the cheapest quote I have had to replace the stone- I came back after half an hour to see that they have replaced the stone with a smaller stone than the rest WHICH IS CLEARLY NOTICEABLE!! I asked him if it was still going to be the same price and he said YES THATS WHAT I QUOTED YOU! - Excuse me but you never quoted me on a SMALLER stone!!
Never again Cajees.
