Bad service for a monthly paying custome

My tracker was installed by a guy named Norbet at my work place. My tracker was not working for 3 months they contacted me via sms stating that my unit is not responding i should call them, which i did. My car was not in a good driving condition because of the petrol cutting system they've installed. Thy disconnected the thing and never installed in and its been almots 2 months since they taken it out. Mind you ihave been paying every single month for something thats not working. i call them and they put me through to someone on Durban to sort out the here in JHB. Right now im frustrated, angry wanted to cancell with them but i need to pay an additional payment to cancel. Why i need to pay them still for a service which was not rended. i was almost highjacked and i pressed the so called amazing, quick response button. They called me back after an hour. Dont ever, ever get involved with that company they dont know what the they are doing in the first place. i sooo regret it right now.
