Good Day I wish to lay a complaint against the Worcester Plumbers for bad service

See hereunder the complaint I have. They apparently have a seven day timeframe according to which a complaint could be laid. The conduct was definitely not focused on my request for the service and they want to make an extra amount out of me on services that I have not requested for and that was definitely not needed. Now I am being threatened by their attorney and none of my concerns were rectified.

I informed CW Plumbers of the dissatisfaction of bad service rendered to me. I have been a client for quite a few years and never have I been so disappointed with your service before.

I have no dealing with your attorney. No permission was given for you to provide my information to them. Please take note of the enormous amount charged to fix a tap.

My account was in credit of R750, that you never paid out to me, but it somehow worked into the enormous call out fee of a R1000 so that would still end with an account over a R1000 to your benefit.

The service rendered ended with a tap that is still not properly fixed.
A call out fee of 1000 was charged.

Fitting was done on my zink that was not needed or broken. Another new fitting was left that is not compatible with the outdated zink system that I have.

Eventually you overcharged me and the taps fitting falls off since the plumber so called fixed the tap issue.

I will pay another amount on this account when I get paid after the 15th of June. Nobody lived in my house at the time and on my return recently it was discovered that the tap was still not fixed properly.

The tap was supposedly fixed, but the lever still falls off since it was " fixed".

This was replaced without the fitting being out of order. Currently the sound of water dripping is heard all the time since your plumber replaced the old fitting with a new one that I have not asked for or given permission to be replaced.

THis new fitting was left for me to do what with as it does not fit in this old zink. Your plumber can come fetch this as I dont need it.

I will definitely never use your services.
