An employee of Amazon plumbers came to fix two toilets. he battled with trying to fix one then said the other one needs to be replaced . in fact both needed to be replaced as they we not fixable and should of said so.. he then charged me R604 for the one which in fact was not fixed at all. When i phoned to complain the person apologised and said they would refund the money. After numerous calls and promises they still have not refunded money.
