Recently, after all the rain, my outside light tripped the power. I called help@out and Outsurance sent Ed's Electrical to fix the problem. Forty minutes after my request, the company was at my home and fixed the light. However, that night it rained again and, again, the light went phhhffff. Again Ed's came out yesterday and fitted the new fitting I'd bought. Pretty great hey? Well it doesn't stop there - they also replaced another outside light fitting for me, even though that wasn't part of the problem for which they'd been called out. Now that's what I call amazing service! Thank you, Outsurance and Ed's Electrical!
