We ordered a TV from HiFi Corporation. When we opened the box the whole TV was cracked, upon further inspection of the box we noted that the box was dented. We made a complaint, the complaint was escalated numerous times by the customer service department and to this date not one representative has contacted us. This is the absolute worse service I have ever received. The only thing we keep getting told when we phone is that the query has been escalated... What does that even mean if no one ever gets back to you??? DISGRACEFUL
