On the 10th of January 2022, we bought a laptop, anti virus and microsoft Office and Student package from Incredible connect Sandton. I am telling you its the 3rd we still waitng for them to give us a code of the slip or the Microsoft code as it was not on the slip. We have asked them to ask the supplier my sons laptop now is just sitting and is not serving its purpose cause the store cant assit us. They dont call back when they promise the ladt straw is being told to come on to this page and complain by them in the store and hope for the best. My god where has good customer service gone too.
