I bought a office package and a anti virus on friday morning, got to my laptop to discver the office would not load, and after calling was told its my internet connection at work thats to blame, went back and landed up buying a more expensive version, went back to work to install the anti virus which immediately gave me a corrupt files message, went to incredible corruption to swop and again told its my internet, was given a disc by a technicion and tiold to use that, obviously got to my comp and that still did not work, called them again AND AGAIN, INSTEAD OF GIVING ME THE OPTION TO SWOP FOR A NEW ONE, I WAS TOLD MY INTRENET WAS SLOW AND TO BRING IT IN AND THEY WOIULD INSTALL IT AT THEIR STORE, NOT WANT I WANTED TO HEAR.ALWAYS BLAMING THE PRODUCT THEY SELL OR THE CUSTOMER, BUT CRYING WHEN YOU ASK, NOT FOR YOUR MONEY BACK BUT A SIMPLE SWOP, THANK I NEVER BOUGHT MY NEW LAPTOP THERE, WHO KNOWS WHO OR WHAT THEY WOULD BLAME, SO SICK OF THEIR SERVICE, I NOW KNOW NEVER TO GO BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO HEAR THEM BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR THEIR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!!
