Refuse to Help

I needed simple advise on my recently purchased iPad from this store. I was having difficulty syncing my email accounts and needed urgent assistance as it was for a job interview. I was told to leave the store and make a booking for the next day. I was told all the staff are too busy to help. I left the store and went straight to Incredible Connection. They took less than 5min to sort my problem out. Very disappointed with iStore
