We have previously call out technician to look at our Bosch freezer and with success. This time around we have a problem with our fridge as it is cooling but not reach the temperature it should, so they send out a technician. the guy pitch up I explain that the fridge does cool but do not reach its temperature So he feel inside, outside, then he phone a friend! explain whats wrong (what I said) then the friend tells him where to look. Then he said okay ma'm you should buy a new fridge as the compressor is "burnt" motor still running (and running all the time so it should be warm) or there is a gas leak inside which they cannot fix! I had to pay a "call out fee" just for that. So when they phone me on feedback on the service I rate it as VERY POOR not satisfactory! and none bother to phone me back. Really they did not even offer to send someone else WHO knows what he is doing. Very poor service I am afraid to say. If buying a new fridge it won't be Bosch again that's for sure.
