No spare parts

I have a Samsung Galaxy SII, and have had a problem with the battery swelling, and subsequently due to the swollen battery it breaking the back cover. This has lead to me not even being able to turn on the phone. I have asked for spare parts to be ordered so that I may have a working phone again, and have been waiting for 2 weeks to date for the parts to "arrive", as no one stocks spare parts. Multiple times before this incident I have gone into various cellphone shops to buy a protective back cover and screen protector and there are none to be found. I am appalled at this, as it seems just because there is a new model out Samsung is no longer bothering to stock or even make parts for their previous models. How can you expect people to support your brand when you don't provide back up and parts as soon as there is a newer model out? I have always been a loyal Samsung supporter, but am now doubting my loyalty towards them.
