We had a aircon installed by Imtiaaz Shaik by Galanz in 2012, every month we called forr him to fix the aircon which didn't want to work, everytime he said it was the gas, or some excuse last year we called him he promised to order a new unit as eventually he said it was a faulty unit he installed and not a electrical problem. Wee also installed one at my parents place. So the unit that costs thousands of rands is still connected but cannot be used. We wasted thousands on this disgusting company and received no response and no feedback. No one should ever purchase aircons from them. They will let you down and leave you with broken electronics. I need any feedback from anyone as to what I can further do to complain about them, until today I am still waiting forr my new unit.
