Sony & Kerry about contacting customers

I received an mail from HalloPeter about two weeks ago stating that Kerry would contact me till date nobody contacted me. It seems that Sony do this to look as if they respond to problems but they don't. Please do not buy any Sony product you will be taken for a ride they sell inferior products and are getting away with it
