HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE DELIVERY

In June 2012, I installed a samsung airconditioner at my home, using CB Airconditioning. I must confess that upon my approval with the supplier to purchase the product from himself, his service was great. He was on the ball, punctual and his team did a wonderful job installing the unit.

My unit needs a service every 6 months or the warranty may be forfeited. On the 13/12/2012, I called Colin, as he is the one who installed the unit. He said he was short staffed, getting ready to close for the December holidays and that he would do it in the new year. On the 09/01/2013, I called him again, to which the response was that he would be able to assist on the 19/01/2013.

On the 18/01/2013, I gave Colin a courtesy call to confirm our appointment for the next day at 09:30. On the 19th, I tried to get in contact with Colin as it was already 10:30. I had tried on ten different occassions on that day. He never answered his phone, nor did he return my calls.

The after sale service of this company was really shocking to me as prior to this it was really good. I am really disappointed in the way CB Airconditioning conducts business with regard to after sale service.
