After having our electrical appliances fried by a copper (and the resulting power surge that followed), we found that our geyser-wise unit was also hit. The unit was installed just before winter, so still a new unit.
Given the procedures of insurance companies, we had the unit taken to be inspected - by the company we bought it from. BAD MISTAKE. It's now 3 months later and we get absolutely NO response from Barend. It's one thing to deal with a company where people aren't sufficiently trained etc, but when they just don't care, it's really disappointing.
Very, very disappointing.
