I handed my phone into the accredited Samsung repair centre (Darro Electronics) on Friday the 18th October - told me it would take 3 days. On Thurs 24 Octo I called in and I was told that they are still waiting for parts and that these parts would arrive on Friday or Monday. I then Proceeded to call in again on Tuesday the 29th October, only to be told that they are waiting for another batch of parts, that would arrive Thursday or Friday. I was asked if I had made a special arrangement to have my fixed, I proceeded to ask why I needed to make a special arrangement when my phone was handed in on the 18th October. She informed me that all the parts get allocated to corporate accounts. So my phone / the consumer is not important enough and therefore my phone gets relegated to the back of the cue. I then proceeded to phone in again on Thursday the 31st October to be told that again they are waiting for batch of parts and that it would arrive on Friday or worst case scenario on Monday at 12h00. Monday the 4th November I phoned in again to be told by Kayleigh that I could come fetch my phone at 4h00 that same day. Upon arrival Stefan new nothing about my phone and it would take 3 days!
