Refuses To Replace Damaged Goods

Placed an order on line for an Ice Cream Maker on 11/12/13 as a Christmas present. Order only shipped one week later and received only on 27/12/13. Appliance was broken as it was shipped just wrapped in plastic and no fragile sticker. Returned item on 03/01/14 and received replacement on 24/01/14 scratched and dented. Item appears to be used. Seller refuses to replace the item or give a refund. Shocking service.
