FRAGILE

I used SKY NET to send a package to the North-West.
The contents of the packages were FRAGILE (I wrote this on both packages) and I explained this to the driver as well.
On the invoice that they gave me it was noted that the package was FRAGILE.

This morning the receiver of the package calls me and complains that the glasses were broken and that the sign board (which was wrapped in thick plastic and taped closed) is so badly scratched that the vinyl is peeling off! The glasses were wrapped and tightly packed in a small box to insure that it would not break.

Now I have to pay for the package delivered and the receiver refuses to accept the package as the contents are broken and damaged!!

UNACCEPTABLE!!
