I bought an iPad Air on the 5th of Jan at the iStore in Canal Walk. The Sales Assistant advise me to purchase an extended warranty which I bought but on the 7th when trying to register the warranty on line as per his advice I received a message that the warranty has already been registered. I sent an email to their customer care to notify them about the problem with the response that I received. Ursula Dingestal was quick to respond she requested me to forward the unique number of the warranty so that she can be able to assist. I did as she requested but to this day I haven't heard from her. I am so dissapointed with this kind of service I didn't expect it from the Apple brand.
