Refuse to log order for replacement tv

I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG 43 HD PLASMA ON THE 15 JAN 2013, LAST WEEK WED. WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS WATCHING TV IT JUST SWITCH OFF, AND COULD NOT GO ON AGAIN, THURS. HE WENT TO MR CHRISTIAANS @ HYPER WHO PHONED SAMSUNG, THEY (SAMSUNG) REFERRED US TO LET ME REPAIR (LMR) WHO PHONED ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT TO SEE WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE TV. ON 2ND FEB. THE GUY (Mr Damingo) WAS THERE AND INSPECTED THE TV WITHOUT SWITCHING IT ON BUT RETURNED TO DO A FULL ASSESSMENT OF THE TV TUES., AND HE'S FINDING WAS THAT ONE OF THE TUBES WERE BROKEN. I HAVE BEEN IN CONSTANT BATTLE WITH PIC N PAY HYPER BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT MY MONEY BACK, I JUST WANT A NEW TV. I PHONED SAMSUNG AGAIN THIS MORNING AND THEY SAY THAT HYPER MUST PHONE LRM TO GET HOLD OF THE ASSESSMENT FORM CAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THE PART FOR THE TV TO BE REPAIRED (IF I WANT IT TO BE REPAIRED). I SPOKE TO PETER (PIC N PAY) TODAY AND IS STILL WAITING ON THEM TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN NOW, THEY ARE INSISTING THAT THEY CAN'T GIVE ME A NEW TV BECAUSE THE TV WAS MARKED DOWN AND THEY DON'T STOCK IT ANYMORE, I JUST FEEL THAT THEY MUST MAKE AN EFFORT TO GET ME ONE CAUSE I WANT A TV AND NOT THE CASH.
