Samsung service is at its all time low, i gave my brand new phone purchased on 2 december 2013 for REPAIRS, due a fault on samsung side, where it stop reading sim cards. instead of replacing the phone there and then, i was told it will take 4 to 7 DAYS, not working Days, just days.
Guess what, im still waiting. the supervisor at the call centre, THABO, did not allow me to speak to his boss who couldve replaced my phone.

i demand better than this. the lady that generally answers the phone at the constantia office park service centre, is rude, i noticed her poor attitude with other clients when i was at the branch, and personally over the phone.

SAMSUNG MUST REPLACE MY PHONE, and must deliver it to my office in Sandton TODAY!!!
they have wasted enough of my time. this is really the worsted possible service ever.

the fault on my phone is a common one, along side the battery issue that they had, unfortunately, i only found out about this after purchasing. they should not be repairing these phones, they should upgrade the faulty phones to something better, to serve as apology due to their lack of testing their equipment thoroughly putting on the shelf. i want this sorted today!!!
