I placed an order for perfume on 2 May 2013 (at 8am) on their webiste [URL Removed] and selected overnight counter to counter delivery as i needed the perfume for the 4 May.
Only to later find out that perfume orders to 7-14 working days delivery. I then asked them to cancel the order (email sent at 10am on 2 May 2013).
I was told that they could not as they had already placed the order with the supplier. (all of this happened on the same day as the day that i placed the order.)
I then enquired about refunds and was told that i had to wait for delivery of the perfume and then send it back to them and then i would get the refund.
It has been more than 14 working days and the package is not yet in South Africa. It is actually a month since the order was placed.
I have enquired if i will be refunded the costs of posting to Zasttra and they said that in terms of the T&C's they do not refund these fees.
I however, feel that i should not be out of pocket as i cancelled on the same day within 2 hours of placing the order. All i want is my money back and not to be responsible for the shipping fees.
They should only have 1 option for delivery for perfumes!
